I'm Back!

Don't worry, I didn't leave forever! Our internet has been going funny lately, and it's very slow now, but at least it works! My humans have also been very busy these last couple weeks. But things are starting to slow down again, so I am back! Man, I have a lot of blogs to catch up on! This is gonna take me all night. But first, I was supposed to post my puppy pictures! Sorry they aren't very good quality at all, but you can definitely see how cute I was (And I still am, right?).

This is my mother, Coco. Isn't she pretty? She's half Papillon, half Cavalier.

I have 3 siblings. Bet you didn't know that, did you? I have two sisters and a brother. My sisters are Olive and Peanut, and my brother is Buddy. A couple years ago we were able to get a hold of Buddy and my mom, and we got together with them at the park. It was great to see my family again! See that dog standing behind my mom? Do you think it's me? Nope! It's Buddy!

Here's Buddy and I. I'm the one with the tennis ball. My whole family loves tennis balls!

Oh, don't worry, I'm not forgetting my puppy pictures! Unfortunately I don't have any pictures of me with my siblings, but here's some of just me...

Here's a picture of me when my fur got longer. Lizzy says I look like a mop. I think I cool pretty cool!

Now I hate to say it, but those are the only puppy pictures I have... I don't know why my humans never took very many puppy pictures of me. Oh well, they're definitely making up for it now! You won't believe how many pictures they take of me each day. Silly humans.

Well, I guess I'd better go catch up to all of your blogs. Oh, and thank you all who voted for me, for the DWB picture contest! It means a lot to me! I'm so excited! And don't worry about me, I'll be blogging regularly again!

I'm So Excited!!!

I just simply can't believe it, I never thought it would happen! My great pal Charlie nominated me for the DWB Photo of the Month contest! I am sooo excited, I could jump over the... uh... I could jump over anything! I feel like barking for joy! Thankyou Charlie!

If you haven't voted for your favorite picture yet, then head on over and vote! And now... because I am a humble, handsome dog... I am not going to ask you to vote for me. I'm sure the other doggies want to win just as much as I do, so I'm not gonna beg any of you to vote for my picture. Instead, I'm gonna let you have your choice, vote for whichever dog you like! But, deep down inside, you know I'm the best lookin' dog there is to vote for... heh heh. Choose wisely!

Oh, just thought I'd also let you all know that in my next post, I'm gonna show you Then and Now pictures, because Tosca tagged everyone to show us the Then and Now! So be prepared to see the cutest pup of your lives!

I'll end this post with this picture...

Lizzy says I look scared of the cat. Me, scared? Never!

Tagged by Reba

I was tagged by my new friend Reba the rottweiler! I have to post 8 random facts about myself. Here goes...

Random 8 Meme.

The Rules of this tag:

1. Link to your tagger and post these rules.
2. List eight (8) random facts about yourself.
3. Tag eight people at the end of your post and list their names (linking to them).
4. Let them know they’ve been tagged by leaving them a comment on their blogs.

8 Random facts about Me.

1- I do not eat dog food. It's disgusting! Tastes like sawdust. Cat food, on the other hand, has more flavor...

2- I love terrorizing the mailman! There's quite the story to that. Maybe I'll post about it another day... but let me say one thing, that mailman is one scaredy-cat! Heh heh.

3- I run sideways. My humans say that I seem to be running more and more sideways as I get older... ?

4- I am a super jumper! I'm sure you all know that. I jump up 6-foot sea walls, I jump from the ground to the roof of the van, I jump fences, ...

5- I am an escape artist. If my humans put me in the backyard, I always find a way for me to escape to the front and go on my daily walks, making sure everything is in order in my neighborhood.

6- If my humans give me really really really tasty food, I'll hide it. I used to hide the food under the couch cushions, until Lizzy's mom found out. Now I've switched to hiding the food in humans shoes. Sometimes when nice visitors are over, I'll stuff some food in their shoes just as a nice little thank-you present for visiting.

7- Sometimes... this is hard to admit... but sometimes ... I think I'm a cat. I know, it probably came as a shock to all of you! But it's true. I don't know what to think. My humans keep on telling me that I'm a dog, but... If I wasn't a cat, then how can I jump so high? And why do I love cat food? And why do I sneak up on prey in cat-style? And why do I sleep all curled up like a cat? And why do I climb trees? And why do I have sharp claws? It just doesn't make sense! I'm sure I must be a dog, but I still feel like a cat... why can't I be something else? Cat's are the absolute worst things to be!

8- I'm handsome. Don't you think? All the girls just love me. Heh heh.

Well there's all the 8 random facts about myself. Now I am going to tag...

1. Mary Margaret
2. Chloe
3. River
4. Snowball
5. Ume
6. Boy and Baby
7. Freda
8. Hammer

Have a great weekend everydog!

Peanut Butter = Embarrassing.

Ugh, I don't think I like peanut butter very much anymore. Well, I still love it, but it's just too embarrassing to eat! I can't help it that it gets stuck in my mouth, and people start laughing at me. Now Lizzy put this video up on Youtube, and I feel like hiding in a hole...

I'm never gonna eat peanut butter again. If I do, I'm gonna steal the whole jar and hide with it somewhere where nobody can see me and no one will laugh at me.

Anyway, enough of the peanut butter talk. It started raining again. Friday afternoon was nice, but it's been raining since. However, I have been able to go for 3 walks over the long weekend when there was little breaks in the downpours. Oh, on Thursday I had a great time at agility! Because I hadn't done any agility in 2 weeks, I had lots of extra energy! When Lizzy was trying to get me to do some boring, tiny, little jumps, I decided the tunnels were much better, so I blasted off through the tunnels! Lizzy wasn't very happy, but it just felt so good to release my energy! When I was supposed to go over just the A-frame and through a tunnel, I continued on all the way down the ring, going over every jump I could find. Oh, how fun agility is! I'm a happy dog again!

Is the Rain Gone?

The rain stopped... is it just another five-minute break before another storm? Or, could it possibly be getting sunny? It was raining this morning, but in the afternoon I went outside when the rain stopped. I sat down and looked up into the skies, watching the clouds slowly move away. Is the sun coming?

The clouds moved farther and farther away... I lay down in the fresh, green grass. Oh, it feels good to be on the grass again! It's too slippery to play on, so I just lay down and let the water soak into my fur.

Now I have to wait to let everything dry...

Hopefully the sun will dry everything up fast!

I think things are finally lookin' up for me. The sun has finally come out, and the agility people finally called back. They said they tried to phone last week, but they left a message on the wrong phone number, so we still thought there was a class. Today there is a class again, and I can't wait! I haven't done agility in 2 whole weeks! And to make things better, the weekend is just about here, and it's a long weekend! If the sun stays, I'm gonna go for lots of walks! And on Monday we're having relatives over for dinner. I'm gonna try to succeed at stealing the turkey this year! (If White Cat doesn't get it first. That's why I couldn't get it last year. That stupid, fat, furball.)

Have a good weekend everydog, GG, Moosie, and Peanut!

Rain.

Rain, rain, rain. And more rain. Things haven't really been lookin' up for me since agility class. I'm still a pretty sad doggie. I haven't even been able to go for walks or practice agility in the yard because of all the rain. I want sun... Or snow! Snow is better than rain. But it's not cold enough to snow... and it's not warm at all, either. I guess I just have to learn to live with cold, dark, rainy days. Oh, my humans called the agility people and left a message the day after no agility class, and they have never called back yet. Very puzzling...

Well, one thing brightened my week. Here's this old video of Blubber Boy (White Cat, Fatso, ...). Ha ha, I love it. The Fat Blob looks so embarrassed.
